This month’s featured team member is Stone Soup Bistro’s chef and owner, Liz Gallery.

Liz Gallery is dedicated to supporting small farmers by using fresh, local and naturally grown ingredients in her kitchen. Liz was born and raised in Baltimore and began her career cooking at restaurants in Baltimore and Hagerstown. At Stone Soup, she is inspired by the purity of her ingredients, building her menus around local products and the bounty that her farmers have each week. Thanks to Liz’s vision, Stone Soup has gained a tremendous reputation for quality ingredients and fantastic dishes that help educate diners about the importance of local agriculture.
